District 11 and 9 held their annual picnic this Sunday. While the weather did not cooperate, the Firemen and their families made the most of it. Ex-Chief Freeman tried to lead the guys in dancing the Cha-Cha Slide, but ended up dancing alone. Not even his wife Robin would join him (we'll need margarita's for her next year). Our annual horseshoe tournament was not completed again due to rain (2nd year in a row). The rain did bring out the ducks. They hung around with us most of the day, and one of them even spent some time acting Chief (thanks Bob and Joe). We would like to thank Ex-Chief Freeman and the picnic committee for all the hard work that they put into organizing this event every year. Also thanks to FF Francisquini for deejaying.
