At 0120 Hrs, District 11 was dispatched to a reported vehicle fire on Star St. in Iselin. Upon arrival, Chief Mellett established command and reported a working car fire. Engine 2 was the first arriving engine and stretched the 1 ¾" trash line. Engine 3 was second due and their crew stretched an 1 ¾" line with the piercing nozzle. Fire was knocked down quickly and the scene was turned over to Woodbridge Police. All occupants were out of the vehicle upon our arrival.
