| Santa Claus spent his Saturday with the members of District 11. Santa came to the firehouse around 10 am and went for a tour of the district with some of the firefighters. All of the good boys and girls that came out to see Santa received candy and a holiday greeting. Mayor McCormac showed his holiday spirit by coming out to greet us. Santa wouldn't tell us what the Mayor asked for on Christmas.
After we finished showing Santa around the district, he was kind enough to come back to the firehouse and give out some early Christmas gifts to our members kids and grandkids. Mrs. Claus even came and helped out her husband.
The firefighters of District 11 want to thank Santa and Mrs. Claus for visiting and look forward to seeing them next year. |
