| Today, the Township held their annual Woodbridge Community Day. This event is to pay recognition to the local Volunteers of the Township.
Selected for this award from the District #11 Fire Department was Steven Freeman. As well as being an Active Firefighter since 1975, he served as Chief of the Department in 1983 and also served as President of the Fire Company. Steve continues to serve the Community as a member of the Board of Fire Commissioners for the past 15 years. Moreover, he is the Vice-President of the Joint Board of Fire Commissioners of Woodbridge Township and a member of the Iselin and Colonia Exempt & Relief Association.
