On the 20th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks we took Rescue 11 to be photographed with the “Tribute of Lights” in Lower Manhattan that represents the destroyed Twin Towers. The photoshoot took place in Liberty State Park in Jersey City. Over 100 fire trucks, police vehicles and ambulances started to lineup at the Park around 4pm and waited until it got dark to start. Each vehicle proceeded to the spot in the Park along the waterfront with the NYC skyline and lights in the background. The photo project has become a way to pay tribute to the 343 firefighters who lost their lives in the attacks.
