Halloween will soon be upon us. If you're out driving, PLEASE drive extra slow. Children will be running from house to house to get their treats. For the parents, make sure that their costumes are reflective or light in color. Try to avoid masks, as they can obstruct their vision. Have the kids go around in groups. NEVER trick or treat alone. REMIND them to wait until they get home to eat the candy so it can be inspected first. HAVE FUN & BE SAFE. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!!
